What is Borage? 

Borage is a plant that is rich in borage oil which has up to 26% of the essential OMEGA -6 fatty acid, Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is the richest naturally occurring source for this fatty acid. It is difficult to harvest, difficult to stabilize, and therefore rarely used in products.  

Most lotions work on the skin’s surface to relieve the symptoms of dry skin, while ignoring the real cause that lies beneath the skin.  Borage Therapy® provides more:  it addresses the fundamental cause of the dryness and supplies the skin with Borage oil that has gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), a vital omega-6 fatty acid.  Borage Therapy keeps skin healthy and supple long after the lotion is applied – and even after it’s washed away.
