Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. We are a small family owned business with a small staff. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Shipping Time

 

We use these major carriers to ship items: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Regarding Overnight shipping: orders that are placed after 2:00pm cannot be guaranteed overnight service.  Overnight shipping typically takes between 12 to 24 hours from the point a package is given to a carrier until it reaches the buyer.

Please keep in mind shipping is impacted due to COVID.

 

Sales and promotions

 

Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow extra days for order processing. We are working hard to get your order shipped! Please note only one coupon/promo code can be used per order.

Products purchased not at shikai.com need to be return to their original store (ie. Amazon, Sprouts, etc.). Please note we can not guarantee our products when purchased at third party sites.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shikai.com or call at (800) 448-0298 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
