Directions: Apply topically to muscles on the body to increase the relaxing properties of Magnesium.  Do not apply to open wounds and avoid contact with mucus membranes. Some slight stinging could occur at first since this is a magnesium product but if stinging occurs, wash off skin and discontinue use.
